    • What is WRES?

      The Statewide Wildlife Rescue Emergency Service (W.R.E.S.) is a dedicated not-for-profit group located in Bendigo, central Victoria. We have the capacity to respond when and where needed for native animal wildlife disasters such as bush-fire, flooding, or any other event across Victoria. W.R.E.S. are leaders in wildlife rescue, rehabilitation and release. WRES is the first and last line of call regarding the rescue, rehabilitation and release of native wildlife. Read more about us.

    • Where is WRES Located?

      WRES is located in Bendigo and as such is well placed to service central Victoria and other areas of the state when needed.

    • What is your volunteer process?

    • How do I donate or help in other ways?

      There are many ways you can help from volunteering, becoming a member, donating or being a sponsor. Other ways include organising a fund raising event, having a garage sale or a morning tea at your work place.

    • Do you take donations of sheets, blankets, bowls, food, etc?

      If you would like to donate blankets, sheets etc, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
